Hi Juzzy Jones here, I went to a couple of the early dance parties at the Hordern Pavillion in Sydney back in the 90's and felt how music ruled the room. I always made playlists on CDs for friends. I was a frequent flyer at Ding Dong Dang's karaoke and landed in a band as the singer in Lightning Ridge in 2012 when I went bush for a few years.

In 2015 I travelled to New York and trained with the founder of Music & Memory, Dan Cohen. This is a program designed to have personalized music playlists which tap deep memories to those in care with cognitive impairment and can bring them back to life.

Music & Memory’s work is rooted in extensive neuroscience research and the results can be nothing short of miraculous.

I've been DJ'ing since 2018, cut my teeth on Sydney harbour side weddings and spent 2020 onwards at home mixing house music to dull the edges of lockdown ..  But I also love movie soundtracks, classical, rock, pop, funk, blues, world and folk music !!

I absolutely adore my Central Coast Radio show 'Braveheart' sharing music with the aim to just make you feel better. I also include a good news story each week to keep the vibes positive in what is such a hectic world.

Music is medicine after all. Tune in - your guaranteed to love it!

So surprised to receive this .. still deciding where to hang it .. I loved doing this show, making little film clips, recording the good news story of the week, playing house music .. watching the stats and seeing people tuning in all over the world .. Thank you @thecoastcentralcoastradio.com for this kind gesture of appreciation ❤️❤️❤️
